I am 48 years
old and have been involved in the Fitness Industry for
over 25 years.
I am qualified in Personal Training and Sports Massage.
I can train you in your home or office or any environment
that is available to you. I believe in maintaining a healthy
and fit body by performing functional exercises and eating
well. I have ran many half marathons as well as the London
Marathon at the age of 46.
I
have remained the same weight for the last 20 years through
resistance training and aerobic exercise (2-3 hours per
week).
One of the benefits of this is that I eat as much as I
like and I am never hungry between meals. I sleep well,
do not suffer from stress and have a constant level of
energy.
